Dispute Resolution Paralegal

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist solicitors with various aspects of dispute resolution cases related to property and /or civil and commercial law
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare case summaries
• Manage and organise case files and maintain up-to-date records
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• Coordinate and attend meetings, conferences, and hearings as required
• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to legal and ethical standards

Requirements:

• Law degree  from a recognised institution or progress towards CILEx qualification in dispute resolution
• Experience working as a paralegal in a dispute resolution field
• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines
• Familiarity with legal software and case management systems
• A proactive approach and a strong commitment to client care
