Overview:
An excellent opportunity has arisen with an exciting company for an experienced Business Analyst to take a hands on leadership position.

The successful candidate will lead a small team of Business Analysts in the identification, capture and prioritisation of requirements. Acting as a primary liaison between Stakeholders, Technology and the business, whilst ensuring platform and regulatory requirements are understood, captured, and documented in a manner facilitating development and validation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead a diverse team, maximising their professional capabilities whilst motivating individuals and collectively as a team
• Manage and report on BA activities to internal & external stakeholders
• Work under the direction of the Product Owner to identify, capture, and prioritise requirements
• Lead workshops, requirements gathering sessions and other meetings as required
• Maintain and evolve requirements documents, business process diagrams, state diagrams, wire frames and entity models as needed
• Participate in stand-ups, playbacks, and other meetings as foreseen by the software delivery approach
• Exercise cost control and manage expenditure to work within agreed operating budget ensure that services within the remit offer value for money

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Broad technology competence with solid experience leading the business analysis activities
• Significant experience working with third-party and geographically distributed development teams
• Experience of people management
• Significant experience of working as a Business Analyst, identifying, and capturing requirements, including UX requirements, for systems supporting complex business processes
• Significant experience working with agile, scrum or lean, iterative methodologies, formulating epics and user stories and maintaining a product backlog
• Experience in maintaining requirements and documentation in a continuous deployment setting, enhancing a platform over multiple release
