C9 Recruitment is currently seeking telesales/customer service excutives to join a fast-growing and successful full-service marketing agency based in Redhill.  The candidate will ideally be motivated and result-driven with experience in B2B. The firm has recently expanded through appointment of new senior management and boasts a loyal client base, strong service levels, and a commitment to providing the best service.

Telesales Exectuive Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers, introducing our exceptional range of products/services and highlighting their benefits
  • Understand customer needs and address any inquiries or concerns with professionalism and empathy
  • Present product features, pricing, and special offers in a compelling manner to generate sales opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using our CRM system
  • Strive to meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop effective strategies for achieving individual and team goals
  • Stay updated on our product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape to better serve our customers

Telesales Exectuive Requirements:

  • Previous experience in telesales or a similar sales / customer service role is desirable but not essential
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage customers effectively
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to close sales and handle objections professionally
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools
  • Resilience and a positive attitude, enabling you to handle rejection with grace
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Enthusiasm and a strong desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment

Hours of operation:
Monday – Friday – 09:00am – 05:00pm
