C9 Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of one of the top private hospitals in London, looking for a dedicated Charge Nurse/Sister to join its friendly and supportive team. This modern hospital provides high-quality treatment across a range of elective surgical procedures. You will support in assessing patients’ health and wellbeing across a varied caseload meaning no two days will be the same.

As a part of this team, you will work closely with junior members of staff to ensure safe and effective person-centred care is provided by nurses/midwives and support staff to meet the needs of patients/clients and their carers.

Duties:

  • Responsible for day-to-day management of the Hospital Ward, and its staff. Providing clinical leadership in an effective and efficient management of ward resources, driving clinical excellence in all aspect of care received by patients. Working to maintain and enhance the customer service and satisfaction of service users. Responsible for leading and supporting the nursing team to meet all aspects of the clinical governance agenda.
  • Conduct yourself professionally within the standard and framework provided by the NMC Code of professional Conduct.
  • General Senior Surgical Staff ward job duties – hands on clinical role.

  • Nursing: 2 years (required)
