C9 Recruitment are currently recuiting for a HR Development Manager on behalf of our top financial client based in South London

 

Reporting into the Head of HR & Corporate Affairs you will be responsible for implementing a new job grade, job title and structure within the business. It is vital that the results reflect the business purpose. You will be supported by the internal management teams. By aligning the career paths structure to other key processes within the business you will be responsible for the management and succession planning, promotion, recruitment/assessment and performance management

As a senior leader and the people conscience within these sites, we’re looking for a HR professional that can role model our values and develop impactful relationships with managers and colleagues across all departments. Your understanding of employment law, people metrics and good practice will enable you to influence and drive our people plan across all operations; from employee relations and talent to engagement and empowering a high performance culture.

Job Details:

  • Working closely with the Head of HR finalise the grading, job title and career paths structure and design. Prepare an operational project plan with timelines and key milestones for CEO approval
  • Communicate the new structure and plan to the executive management team. Project manage a working group of department and other representatives to further develop each functional career path and job grade level.
  • Integrate new structure into all HR policies, procedures and documentation such as job descriptions, recruitment, contracts of employment, induction, year-end review succession and promotion procedures.
  • Work with HR team to conduct market compensation and benefits alignment with new structure to produce market informed grade and career path level compensation bands.
  • Create a learning and development framework to support career path development and align development activity strategically and tactically against the new career paths. Populate with development materials where possible and make further recommendations.

Requirements

  • Minimum degree level educated.
  • Ideally CIPD qualified
