C9 Recruitment are currently seeking a Customer Service Supervisor for Full time work paying £14.50 per hour for one of the top Bus operators in the UK.

Customer service supervisor Candidate Requirements:
– Answering Phone calls & replying to emails
– Updating Social media channels with service updates, road closures etc
– Assisting customers with lost property enquiries
– Using Ticketer to track services and communicate this to our customers in a timey manner
– Log and report details of complaints received to the duty manager team
– Provide periodic reporting at top level of customer correspondence to the management team
– Previous Customer service experience
– Fluent in English & IT literate
Customer service supervisor Summary:
– Working Monday – Friday (Except public holidays)
– Working hours 10:30am – 19:00pm
– Full training of all systems will be provided
