C9 Recruitment are currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced Chef De Partie for a world-famous venue based in North London paying between £12-14 per hour! Dependant on experience.

As a member of the kitchen staff, you will be working with some of the finest ingredients from the UK and abroad. You will play a vital part in supporting the Head chef during service.

Chef De Partie Staff Requirements:

• Valid Passport/ Right to work in the UK
• Have a Level 2 in food safety
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience as an CDP
• Excellent communication skills and good command of the English language, spoken and written
• Experience of kitchen equipment including knives and machinery
• Be well presented and punctual
• Work well in a team to ensure smooth service
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times 

Chef De Partie Staff Summary:

• Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes
• Assisting head chef with developing recipes and dishes
• Managing and training of any commis chef
• Monitoring portion and waste control
• Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards 

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
Working Private functions, music concerts, exhibitions, sport events and weddings
Team-orientated mindset with ability to work collaboratively.
